Coping With Winter and Lupus

Winter may have a direct impact on your symptoms. What symptoms do you experience during winter?

Not usually that bad until this this fall -- I'm having to deal with flare-ups. It's in my feet this time.

What do you do to cope with these symptoms?

I try to remind myself to slow down and relax as much as I can and always try to get a good night's sleep.

Aside from winter, do you experience any other symptoms because of the other seasons?

I generally am okay aside from a constant hip pain that has been with me from the start. I do get symptoms here and there but once I do some stretching I feel much better.
