Stay away from processed foods. They may taste good, and are quick to make, but they contain preservatives and additives that are not good for anybody's system.   Artificial additives like MSG, or monosodium glutamate, and aspartame activate neurons that increase your body’s sensitivity to pain.

Stay away from diet sodas, sugar-free candy, and chocolate. Try to read labels to help you avoid MSGs and aspartame as much as possible.
