Although salt water is okay (Grandma’s favorite remedy) it can be tricky to get the same concentration every time. Therefore I’d recommend Listerine 4-6x per day for 3-4 days post-extraction.....EXCEPT, please don’t rinse the first day as the clot could be lost and dry socket could result.
