The reason I became a spiritually-focused psychologist is because of the pain of this world. Typically, I see people at their darkest hour, just trying to make sense of how to grasp what has happened. If you try to think too much about it, you may just become frustrated at the lack of answers that could ever make you feel any better. And, that is why it is our duty to transcend.

We are not here to monopolize the physicality of this world. Rather, we are here to recognize and acknowledge that we are part of something more. It's through this connection that we reach our highest potential, become our truest selves, and live the life we came here to live. When the world feels too hard to handle, it's because it's a learning space for growth and connection. This also means that you can survive the worst, no matter how hard it feels. And if you are still here, you are here for an important reason.

We must first see this, with the comfort and understanding that the physical world we know with our five basic senses is not all there is. When we know in our hearts our connection to every sentient being, our behaviors will change. The healing that needs to take place amongst humanity will begin in our hearts. The next best step you can take right now is to tap into your own, and remember that you are never alone.
