Not normal. What helps is Charcoal orthotics and powder in the shoes!

Probably Sessamoiditis, which would require foot surgery! But padding should be applied at first.

I have what looks like a blister but it isn't going away. It's also painful. What should I do?

Never remove the blister, as this would cause infection, but pop the blister with sterile pin and drain the pus until it stops!

I have flat feet and running is becoming painful. What should I do?

Orthotics. Also if you have children that have this and under 6, they wear orthotics for 1 year and the arch will form!
