Some common causes is excessive exposure to loud sounds, overall hearing loss, smoking, chemotherapy treatments, neck/shoulder muscle tightness along with other things. If it isn’t going away, I would make an appointment with an Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) doctor and make sure there’s no medical concerns.
