Hello!
There are many reasons that can cause noises in your ears. Also known as tinnitus. Some common causes is excessive exposure to loud sounds, overall hearing loss, smoking, chemotherapy treatments, neck/shoulder muscle tightness along with other things. If it isn’t going away, I would make an appointment with an Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) doctor and make sure there’s no medical concerns. After that, I would follow up with an audiologist who specializes in tinnitus treatment.
