Years ago I saw skin burns and hair loss from a patient having a neurointerventional procedure. Thankfully these are more unusual these days.
Are CT scans claustrophobic?
They usually aren’t. The tubes are shorter than MRI, and the time you need to be inside the tube is much shorter.
