Otherwise you'll want to plan on seeing your local orthodontist before Age 7 for an orthodontic screening and possible habit appliance therapy.
Speech therapy or braces first?
I would suggest braces first and then speech therapy.
Using teeth whitening strips is causing a burning sensation. Is this normal?
Sounds like your teeth could benefit from some fluoride treatment. Ask your orthodontist or dentist about getting some Prevident and/or fluoride trays.
What if only one tooth is crooked?
