Dr. Bernice Teplitsky, DDS

Dentist | General Practice

My main goal as a dentist is to help my patients acheive optimal health by focusing on their oral health. Curious about natural medicine from around the world I started searching for ways to integrate my passion of helping people with a more natural form of dentistry. Throughout my journey I became a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, an Accredited member of the IAOMT and SMART certified. I obtained my Naturopathic Medical Doctor Board Certification, along with a degree in Integrative Biologic Dental Medicine. I am also a past president of the Holistic Dental Association. A student of life, I am constantly seeking ways to help my patients improve their health and their overall lives.

Which crown is best for implants?

It depends on many factors. You should discuss this with your dentist.

It's less painful than having a tooth removed. Less recovery time too.

Why does my new crown hurt when I chew?

Yes! Go back to your dentist. It may need to be adjusted. It shouldn’t hurt when chewing.
