Yes, like all surgeries, a gastric sleeve can have consequences and complications. This is best asked of a bariatric surgeon.

Black stools could be an indication of bleeding from the intestines or stomach. You should test the stool and check your blood for anemia.

It depends on the cause. Maybe it is anxiety? If so, then you would need to treat the anxiety.
