I ask patients to take either mental or physical notes on job they feel post adjustment over that 48 hour window. Depending on their answers is how we proceed with a treatment plan. Whether it is once a week, once a month, twice a week, etc. Everyone is an individual and everyone's treatment plan varies based on issue, injury, and recovery

The actual adjustment is seconds but full treatment with heat, stim stretching and adjusting could be 20 to 30 minutes depending on the issue at hand.
