No but what it can do is long term damage to the eye. They have no ultra violet protection in the sunglasses that could be harmful. No protection against cataracts.

Yes you can wear blue filter glasses all day.
Do your eyes need a rest from contacts?
Yes it’s recommended 14 to 16 hours maximum wearing time and contacts should be remove before going to sleep
How often should you change your contacts?
It depends on the brand, it could be daily, two weeks or monthly. However it’s not recommended to sleep with contacts.
