This may be a little controversial among physicians. In my opinion anything that relaxes tight musculature and surrounding tissue (bursa, nerve, fascia) will benefit how the shoulder works and should aid bursitis, tendonitis and Rotator cuff tears. Physiotherapy is extremely helpful in these conditions as it assists in the balancing of the muscles around the shoulder leading to better shoulder function and less risk of injury. So in short yes a well performed massage can be helpful. Good luck.

It really depends on which ligaments in your fingers have been injured. In general, you would splint the digit initially or buddy tape the digit depending on the hard involved. You would try to keep it iced and elevated until the swelling resolved. Then you would begin range of motion of the digit and perhaps episodic protection until full range of motion has returned. If you are having continued pain in the digit where there is any deformity, all that I would recommend you have evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon and perhaps have an X-ray performed.
Good luck.

The most common reason is what would be called dorsal impingement. This is simply irritating the joint capsule because as you lift you extend your wrist and pinch this tissue. Also, could have an early stress fracture involving one of the bones of the wrist. It would be unlikely that you have significantly sprained one of the ligaments, but certainly these could be stressed causing inflammation. These are the most common reasons. I would try wrist splints or tape thing or weight lifting glove to limit extension of the rest. I would ice the rest after working out and also stretch prior to working out. If you continue to have problems with it, have an X-ray taken and an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon.
Good luck.

Major reasons for ACL injuries hyperextension of the knee as well as muscle imbalance and lack of flexibility. During development often times proprioception (nerve development) and balance is not as it should be and this makes one more likely to tear of the ACL. Also things such as plyometrics (box jumps and landing) can be very helpful.

Certainly direct contact to a nerve or the hand can lead to some injury to the nerve. More common is compression neuropathy which is better known as a carpal tunnel syndrome. Repetitive flexion and extension of the wrist can aggravate this. Best treatment is probably to try a wrist splint for a period of time and see if there’s any improvement maybe consider also some contrasting which is heat followed by ice. If this does not help you that I would have it evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon or hand surgeon. Hope this helps good luck

Wish I could give you a true scientific answer. Most I believe it’s due this barometric pressure changes. Some people believe there’s an alteration in the metabolism around weather changes that this would not explain one leg over the other. My best guess is that it has to do with the pressure changes around us.
