If the two eyes have very different glasses prescriptions or powers, this is called anisometropia and needs an eyeglasses exam with a skilled optometrist or ophthalmologist to find the right prescription for you. If the difficulty is focusing at near due to age (usually after age 45 or so) this is called presbyopia and requires reading glasses or bifocal glasses to fix.

I do usually recommend not going to work or working remotely if able to prevent infecting colleagues. If symptoms aren’t resolving within a couple days or certainly if they are worse, an exam with your eye doctor is recommended.
