Most likely related to a large cavity on one of the teeth in that area. The change in pressure when changing altitude most likely is putting pressure on the abscess you have. Hope this helps. Cheers!

Are dental bridges removable?
No. Bridges are considered a fixed restoration. In other words, we have to cement the bridge in place and can not be removed unless the dentist drills it off.
