It looks much like a tonsil stone. These are bits of food that get trapped in your tonsils and are partially digested by saliva. The saliva is not meant to completely digest anything, so the particles dry up or become gelatinous and can have an odor that causes bad breath despite brushing the teeth regularly. They are usually incidental and not harmful, but can cause discomfort or social anxiety due to the bad breath. In those cases, ENT consultation would be warranted.

Always be honest with your physician, we will not report you to the police for drug use. Only if you are a potential imminent harm to yourself or others.

One thing we commonly recommend is an alcohol/vinegar solution. Mix rubbing alcohol with white vinegar 50/50 mix. Put in ear with an eye dropper, which you can get at a pharmacy. Do that 2-3 times a day until your symptoms resolve. If it burns when going in, that may be an indication you have a ruptured ear drum and you should certainly seek a physician's advice. If you are self-pay, it would be most cost effective to go directly to an ENT office and pay self-pay prices. Would save you a lot of time and money.

What medicine to take for sinus pressure?
If the pressure is between your eyes, in the forehead over your eyes, or in your cheeks, then it certainly could be sinus pressure. Outside of those areas, we can't be sure. Steroid READ MORE

Steroid nasal sprays like Flonase or Nasacort are usually best, but have to be used for several weeks at a time. Decongestants like Sudafed are helpful, but should not be used for more than a few days at a time. Antihistamines like Zyrtec and allegra as needed can also be helpful. If symptoms are still bothersome despite the above, you may want to get some allergy testing or have an ENT evaluate your sinuses.
