Unfortunately, the sugar tends to go up during the pregnancy and the goal for the blood sugar is less than 95 fasting and less than 120 2hrs after a meal. You should continue to monitor your sugar and follow closely with your doctor, to decrease the risks associated with high blood sugar during the pregnancy. Can diabetics have a CT scan with contrast?
Usually, yes. They may have a higher risk of kidney damage, if they have previous kidney disease. Before the CT with contrast, all patients have the kidney function checked.

No, blood transfusions are not needed for diabetes, in the absence of other medical conditions ( eg. anemia).
