Unfortunately, the sugar tends to go up during the pregnancy and the goal for the blood sugar is less than 95 fasting and less than 120 2hrs after a meal. You should continue to monitor your sugar and follow closely with your doctor, to decrease the risks associated with high blood sugar during the pregnancy.
