Today, Dr. Smith resides in his hometown of Phoenix, AZ where he proudly serves his community with a dedicated commitment to excellence.
When he’s not creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Smith is usually enjoying the great outdoors with his three beautiful children, whom he absolutely adores!
