It’s not necessary to have CT scan but if it possible it’s better to see how implants placed good or not with CT scan.

The gold standard is to take a CBCT before a dental implant. However, a CT scan is different than a CBCT, and a CT is not necessary.

Essentially, a CT scan before a dental implant procedure will significantly improve the likelihood of a seamless, successful procedure and a smooth recovery thereafter.
