Parkinson’s disease forced Bob Hoskins into retirement back in 2012. The British actor who became popular worldwide for the award-winning film “The Long Good Friday” is also remembered as the actor who played Detective Eddie Valiant in “Who Framed Roger Rabbit.” 

After he retired, he decided to focus on his health and having a better lifestyle. He passed on from pneumonia when he was 71 years old in 2014.
