Michael J. Fox is a popular face that many should remember as he was a star on the movie scene since he was very young. Mostly remembered for his role as the protagonist of the fantastic movie saga “Back to the Future,” Michael J. Fox’s is a particular case that many probably already know about. While most people suffering from Parkinson’s disease are diagnosed at ages ranging from 40 to 60, he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease by the age of 30.
He founded his own organization called the “Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research” which, as its name states, is constantly doing research in order to develop a cure for the condition. Currently, Mr. Fox is still working as an actor, and he has interpreted characters suffering from Parkinson’s in popular TV shows such as “Curb your Enthusiasm.”
