Within the DOL, the ETA offers training and employment assistance to folks with disabilities. The ETA is also responsible to enforce the Ticket-to-Work and Self-Sufficiency Program to provide those with disabilities training services, vocational rehabilitation services, and any other type of support service to obtain, regain, or maintain employment for those with disabilities. The ETA is also “charged with helping to integrate Americans with disabilities into the work force.” (DOL)
