Research Shows Air Pollution Can Be a Possible Trigger for Multiple Sclerosis Relapse
Past studies on air pollution and multiple sclerosis
There haven’t been many studies on this correlation between air pollution and multiple sclerosis relapses. The ones that attempted to study their relationship were mostly flawed by limitations in their methods, though most of them did find some significant correlations between air pollution and relapse. Unfortunately, these limitations make their findings less convincing and there needs to be more substantial evidence before the scientific and medical community can be convinced.
