“2 doses of AstraZeneca, should I now get a MRNA dose?”
I just got my second AstraZeneca dose, a day before news broke out about recommendations on Pfizer or modern, along with possible restrictions in the U.S. Should I get a third dose of an mRNA vaccine to alleviate any concerns?

Thanks for your question. No additional dose is recommended by the CDC, but if you have potential exposure to the new delta virus variant, you should consider that the Astra Zeneca vaccine is not adequately protective and ask your doctor for the mRNA vaccine.
