My son is 2 months old and he is only on my milk. While all his other activities seem to be normal, he poops once in 4 days and I am extremely worried about it. The doctor says it is normal. Please let me know your opinion.

If the stools are soft this is normal. Some breast fed babies may wait up to a week between stools
Normal. Enjoy your son!
As long as the baby is not irritable, is feeding well, and goes a rather messy stool, I would not worry about it. Breastfed babies especially do not poop daily and may poop every third or fourth day like yours. You did not mention whether he is fed formula or by breast.
It is normal for babies not to have bowel movements every day, but if they do not have a bowel movement for more than 4 days, then we have to find the cause.
As long as the poop continues to be soft and normal.
