“2 months sick with watery diarrhea ”
I've been really sick with watery diarrhea, for the past two months and now I get some Sharp pain in the butt and stomach, I'm going to the restroom at least 10 times a day I have no fever what should I do..

Diarrhea for 2 months is a chronic type of diarrhea and needs a work up. See a gastroenterologist as you likely will need a colonoscopy as part of the diagnostic testing.
