Abdominal pain?

I have been told that I tested positive for H pylori last year. I have a bleeding ulcer and have been having pain in right lower side for 5 years now. I was told that antibiotics are the only thing I could take to get rid of it. I had heart failure last year and when I got out of the hospital 4 days later, I had a GI bleed and the hospital said they didn't know what caused this bleed in my lower intestine which was clamped and the holes were burned. The pain is worse than ever especially every morning I'm in so much pain. I can't get off the floor for 4 hours, I saw 5 GI doctors and nobody came up with any answer I was hoping you have an idea.

I need to know where the pain is. Lower abdomen? Above the belly button? Does the pain get worse with eating? Better with bowel movement?
Need detail to figure out what it could be from.
Did you complete therapy for H. Pylori, and if so, did you undergo another test to make sure it's been eradicated? Do you have GERD/acid reflux, heartburn? Where on your abdomen do you feel pain? What makes the pain worse? What makes it better? What are your bowel movements like? What are the results of your last colonoscopy?
Recommendations;
1. Abdominal CT with Contrast. Consult your doctor if no contraindications to this procedure.
2. Upper and lower endoscopy.
3. Diagnostics Abdominal Laparoscopy based on the findings from CT.
Consult Functional Medicine. This can be Candida overgrowth. Start Acupuncture with Moxibustion. Consult Obesity Medicine if BMI greater than 27. Start Rapid Transformational Therapy for root cause analysis psychotherapy.
