“What is causing this pain?”
I'm having problems with my ears that are itching and now my anus started as well. Also, my shoulder muscles are starting to feel pain. Can it be from something in my blood?

Please, go to your health care provider to do a blood test to determine the causes. I believe that it could be infections such as STD, pinworm, and yeast infection. Thank you.
It's possible, but you will need a complete physical before any definitive assessments are made.

If you have a generalized dermatologic disorder, they could be related. If not, you probably have dermatitis of your ear canals. DC q-tips if your are using them. No alkaline soaps or shampoos. Get some OTC cortisone cream and apply to the outer portion of ear canals twice a day. Should see ENT.
