I've been getting boils and blackheads on my buttock, I never consulted a doctor I need serious help and advice as this issue is constant.

You have a condition called Hidradenitis Suppurativa, please do a little research o the condition on Web MD then seek a local Dermatologist to initiate treatment. This is a chronic condition and the earlier you seek treatment, the better the eventual outcome.
You definitely need to visit a local dermatologist. For now, use a benzoyl peroxide wash once daily.
