“Advice on retracting my foreskin?”
Can I please have advice on how to retract my foreskin properly and without hurting my penis? Also tell me if there are any disadvantages to living with foreskin over the head.

As an adult, it's not normal to not be able to retract your foreskin. If the opening is tight, its call phimosis and you may need a circumcision. It's possible you have adhesions that could be treated by a Urologist.
