After Anterior Total Hip?

Is there a recommendation or guidance on whether to return to a Stairmaster workout program after anterior total hip?
One article discussed: "Stair climbing may be detrimental to cemented total hip arthroplasties because it subjects the reconstruction to high torsional loads." I am approximately 8 months out and otherwise in great health.

Possibly can. A zoom consultation would help.
Best to check with your surgeon. Most cemented hip replacements are uncemented so the torsional loads are not an issue. However, the implants are mechanical devices which wear with use. Your surgeon can give you the best activity recommendations.

Good luck,
