“Air is escaping”
When I lean to the side and hold my breath air is coming out of my airway. Like if I hold my mouth open, breathe all the way out then bend over I can hear/feel air moving in my airway.

Nothing to worry about. It is a simple question of not closing your airway completely. Pehaps you have an anatomcial anomaly, but that is still nothing to worry about.
