Alanine transaminase?

I have just had some blood test results and I am wondering what they mean, My value 37 IU/L Standard range 10-35 IU/L Flag H do I have anything to worry about?

This is a liver function test. It is so very slightly elevated that it is very likely nothing at all to worry about. Are you on a cholesterol medication? Do you have fatty liver? Did you drink alcohol in the few days prior to your lab test? These are the most common reasons for this lab to be elevated. But again, your number is so slightly out of "normal" range, that it likely means nothing at all.
