“Am I pregnant?”
I’ve been really nauseous, have a headache, my boobs have changed. I'm cramping really bad with a lot of discharge and felt like I peed myself but it was clear liquid that came out. If I was pragnent it would only be 2 weeks and I went to the ER they did blood work and said I wasn’t pregnant. I don’t know if it was still too early for them to know or not I don’t know what’s wrong.

Liquid discharge would not be a pregnancy symptom in the first few weeks of pregnancy. If you are at the time when your period is due, and you have regular periods, and a pregnancy test is negative, then you are not pregnant.
I suggest you make an appointment with an ob/ GYN clinic for a Comprehensive check out. They will be able to rule out infection bs pregnancy. Stay safe.
