“An ear issue?”
I recently got over covid. I'm fine now. I've noticed that when I talk or if someone talks in a different tone or pitch, my left ear makes a "buzzing" sound. There's no buzzing when I don't talk or if I talk in a softer voice. I also hear a clicking noise in my ear when I move my neck, head, or open and close my mouth. Not loud, but I notice it. I also suffer from tinnitus, fib, high blood pressure.
