What would the result be of mixing estrogen blockers, testosterone boosters, and multiple anabolic steroids on someone's emotions and behavior?

Allew me to be frank. I assume you are taking these medications because you are not satisfied with your body as it is. That is, in and of itself, he truly weird notion. Mood swings and emotions run rampant in those cases where a serious distrust of nature is apparent. You would be much better off stopping these medications, and working out instead. I write this but only as a very competent and experienced doctor but also as a champion bicycle racer in my time. I never took any muscle enhancing medications.
