“What can cause a painful ejaculation?”
I am a 34 year old male. I have pain when ejaculating. What could be the cause?

Most commonly, prostatitis. Is it associated with blood in the semen? You may need a course of antibiotics. Should be seen and evaluated by a doctor.
Prostatitis is the most common cause of painful ejaculation.
Can be due to :
1- prostate infection
2- Prostate surgery
3- Prostate stones
4- Fungal infection
5- and others

The most common cause is a low-grade infection or a jacket or a duct obstruction. You need a semen culture and a prostate ultrasound.
