Panic attacks usually are the part of Anxiety disorder or Panic disorder but can also occur in variety of other mental health or physical health problems. They could have bad effects on overall health and the underlying illness should be determined and treated.
Yes, because it drives the heart the pulse increases and the blood pressure. Pain with dizziness may give a mild CVS. We worry about you doing driving etc for fear of accidents. It’s easy diagnosed and sometimes of other diseases that a good internet’s can do with blood work. Women get thyroid disease or mitral valve prolapse. I am not an alarmist but it’s good way to work up and rule certain diseases and your dr. has the option to use non-drugs. You can write to me and make sure to tell me what medicine they gave you. I can advise.
Hello,
Panic attacks will not cause any health issues immediately. It may feel like it, but that is more of the anxiety taking over your body. I would recommend getting into some type of counseling to reduce the panic attacks and work through the anxiety.

Hello and thank you for asking your question,
Panic attacks sometimes feel like heart symptoms and people sometimes think they are having a heart attack when it is anxiety or panic attacks. However, I haven't read or heard of evidence that suggest they are bad for your health.
