Average testosterone levels of someone in their 20s?

I noticed a lot of studies that measure the average testosterone of someone in their 20s varies a lot from study to study. I’m aware the “normal” range for someone in their 20s is anywhere between ~300-800 ng/dL, but what exactly is the average result opposed to the range? Some of the studies I looked at had the average Total Testosterone for a healthy male in their 20s at ~500 ng/dL, but some had it at ~700 ng/dL, so which one is more accurate? I received my results at 500 ng/dL, I know that’s in the normal range, but is it close to the average of someone healthy in their early 20s? Or am I really 200 ng/dL off?

It’s nice to see that you did your homework on testosterone levels and age related testosterone levels. Because you’re in your early 20s your testosterone level is much higher than someone say 50 or 60. Because as you get older, they drop. Your testosterone level is well within the normal range, well within acceptable range, and I’m nothing to be concerned about. Do not take any exogenous testosterone or supplements or anything that would either boost and or hinder its production. Keep doing what you’re doing and stay healthy. Thank you for asking.
