CBD in any form and marijuana have minimal effect on Crohn's disease. Current clinical studies are largely negative so these products should not be used alone to treat IBD. At most they might relieve nausea or stimulate appetite but they do not reverse the inflammation.
There’s biologic treatment available for Crohn’s disease. You should discuss this in detail with your gastroenterologist. You’re quite young and you should follow up with your physician as advised. My best wishes.
