“Bad rash?”
I’ve had a bad rash on my hands where the skin just cracks and it’s painful and then it moved my arms and my back. Someone told me it possibly could be scabies or cellulitis.

Quite possibly a form of psoriasis. Recommend consultation with a local dermatologist to start prescription medication treatment which should afford great relief.
