Behcets Disease?

I have had always had oral ulcers but started having skin ulcers at the age of 11 and then around 13 started getting genital ulcers. I was finally diagnosed with Behcets disease at 16. I was started on colchicine for six months and was out into remission. I had a relapse again at age 18 getting more genital ulcers until going back on colchicine for another 6 months. I have not had any skin or genital ulcers since then but I do continue getting oral ulcers. I also have moderate to severe fatigue but something new that has started recently is after laying down or sleeping for any period of time my ankles and feet are stiff and painful when I get up. I end up limping for a few minutes until it goes away. Could this be a new symptoms that is starting or unrelated? My wrists typically bother me and feel as if there is pressure in those joints but that has been going on for as long as I can remember.

You can have inflammatory arthritis associated with behcet's disease. There are other immunosuppresive medications that are used to treat rheumatoid arthritis that can be tried. I suggest you speak with your rheumatologist.
Recurrent oral ulcers and arthritis in a person with Behcets disease can be symptom of smoldering disease. There are treatment options for the same. Recommend discuss with your Rheumatologist.
This is obviously Bechet disease causing arthritis and colchicine is an old medication but we have now new more effective drugs.
Consider reevaluation; Rx options are voluminous,?including Otezla, TNF inhibiter; Enbrel/Humira, JAk inhibitor, etc.Rx good luck!
