“Best exercise bike to purchase after THR?”
Hello. What is the best exercise bike to buy after a THR - upright or recumbent? I'm searching online and getting mixed messages as some say recumbent and others say upright because recumbent breaks the 90-degree rule. Thank you for your time and assistance.

This is a question for your surgeon as the surgical approach can make a difference as to the correct type of exercise bike.

Depending on the approach that they used for you surgery the answer would be different. The rule is for posterior approach. If so then upright might be a better option
