Big Splinter That Won't Come Out?

I have a splinter that won't come out on the bottom of my foot. I accidentally stepped on a piece of broken-off wicker basket and got a splinter from it. The splinter is deeply embedded. I had my partner try to pull it out with tweezers for an hour last night, no luck. It's to embedded to get a good grip to grab it and pull it out. Earlier today, I soaked my foot in warm water with Epsom salts, still in there. Just now I wiped it down with hydrogen peroxide and then tried to pull it out with a needless syringe hoping the suction would pull it out. It didn't work.

You will need to see your dermatologist or family doctor who can anesthetize the area and open it to remove object. It may or may not need a suture closure.
You need to see a physician to take it out.
