I have a black mark on the inner backside of my molar. I have a filling on top and on the front side. Should I be concerned?

Hello there!!

You should get that looked at immediately because it might be a recurrent decay.
All the best!!
Looks like a decay beneath the existing restoration. Schedule a visit with your dentist.
Photo not clear, but it look like having a decay/dental cavity. It will be a simple thing if you take care of it now. However, if ignore it and getting bigger and begin to feel any sensitivity or pain, it can be a big issue.
It could be a sign of decay. See your dentist.
Most likely that is a cavity, although it could be just a stain. You should visit your dentist, who can take xrays and do an examination to determine exactly what that dark spot is and what (if anything) should be done about it.
An X-ray of the tooth and a proper examination by a dentist is required to see if it is a cavity.
It may just be a stain but it would be best to have it checked by a dentist
