Blocked nose?

Good morning I have been suffering from a blocked nose for weeks. I was seen by my GP she said it's hay fever or virus but would not give me anything for it and told me to go to chemist and get a spray. I have been using the spray for two weeks its not better, what shall I do.

See an excellent ear nose and throat doctor, Possibly one who is or will also refer you to an allergist.
Best to see an ENT MD. Will check for rhinitis, mass lesions, anatomical obstruction, polyps, etc. Vasomotor rhinitis is common in your age group. Atrovent nasal spray may be of benefit
It would be time to see an otolaryngologist to try and secure a more definitive diagnosis. Depending on what is found, a more tailored solution could be proposed.
