My blood pressure when I lay down on my side is 90/60 sometimes lower but normal when I stand or sit 110-120/80-89. I take .25 mg of Xanax, .5mg amlodipine, 40mg lisinopril. At night or nap time it goes that low is this ok 14 days ago I cut out salt, caffeine, and started to diet. At night I take garlic, coq10, and vitamin D, and atorvastatin.

Too mch salt increases blood pressure but too little makes it unstable, so on your lisinopril treatment I would not advise cutting out salt – just go with your taste buds: if they tell you that you need salt, you probably do.

BP down to 90 systolic when lying is not too low so your treatmet seems to be about right.
Some decline in blood pressure when you are sleeping or laying down and relaxing is expected particularly if you take Xanax at night
