“Body Mass Index?”
I was searching online for BMI calculators and found one that gave three measurements. I wanted to know which one is more accurate: US Navy, Jackson & Pollock, or BMI. I'm an athletic male who's 27 years old.

BMI is a rough estimate, but it does not take into account amount of fat (appropriately). Goal of BMI is between 18-25, but if more muscular, then up to 28 is probably normal.
BMI is weight-height comparison. Skin caliper test try to measure fat percentage.
