“Should I go see my Dr. for further examination?”
My rib cage started hurting Tuesday night and then I started vomiting which lasted almost all night. My breast, rib cage, and right side of my stomach got very painful and still are. I started having watery diarrhea 6-8x a day-got started on Imodium yesterday. I still have a headache as I am dehydrated. I’ve been sucking on ice chips, small sips of Gatorade, ginger ale, and/or hot water or tea. I have not had any appetite and barely have any appetite still. I have nibbled at some homemade applesauce, saltine crackers, plain toast, and a little bit of banana.

Maybe it was infectious gastroenteritis. It should resolve with time. If it does not get better day by day then, yes, see a doctor.
