I don’t know what you mean. This is an electrical sensation? Painful? Or an instant of trouble thinking. I need more information if I can provide a reasonable answer.
Check and see if you have been taking medications on and off. Sometimes that can do it. I suggest you talk to your doctor and get a detailed history and further testing as necessary.
